I authorize investigation of all statements contained herein, other information, and contact with previous educational, professional, and past employers to give Egg Innovations, LLC. access to any information pertinent to this application and a possible offer of employment. I hereby release all parties from all liability for damage that may result. I authorize Egg Innovations, LLC. to investigate my credit history including the pulling of a credit report. I also authorize Egg Innovations, LLC. to do a background check for the purpose of investigating any past criminal activity on my part.

I understand that nothing in this employment application, the granting of an interview or my subsequent employment with the Company is intended to create an employment contract between myself and the Company under which my employment could be terminated only for cause. On the contrary I understand and agree that if hired, employment will be terminable at will and may be terminated by me or the Company at any time and offer any reason. I understand that no person has any authority to enter into any agreement contrary to the foregoing.

I agree that any action or suit against Egg Innovations, LLC. arising out of my employment or termination of employment, including, but not limited to, claims arising under state or federal civil rights laws, must be brought within 180 days of the event giving rise to the claims or be forever barred. I waive any and all limitation periods to the contrary.
